As you all know, the TV series Karma Trekkers documents Host Damon Redfern's lifelong journey to explore the spiritual and magical aspects of life, culture and humanity. This is a show about people, travel and the joy of learning. We try wherever possible to focus on the here and now, the current state of the world. However much of who we are as a species is culled from the past and so Karma Trekkers also spends a good deal of energy exploring the myths and legends, history and histrionics of long forgotten lands, ancient peoples and unknown customs.
History and our knowledge of the world before us is never perfect, never truly accurate. And so our TV crew loves this video, a mock documentary about The Beatles supposedly produced in the year 3000. It is a great example of how the past evolves, facts become fiction, milestones turn into myths and the truth, well it is lost in the sands of time. So for all of us who look to the past to see the future, here is a fun and cautionary tale to remind us that we probably know far less than we think we do.
